“I know you want them.”

“I know I want them,” Henry replies, rolling his eyes at the laptop screen. “But they’re $99.95. Why don’t they just make them $100? Really. Why would anyone think saving five cents would be a deal?”

“I’ll buy them for you.”

“You’re not buying them for me.”

I lean against his shoulder and stare at the picture of the gloves. They’re perfect for a wide-receiver, and well, Henry’s a perfect wide-receiver. Maybe I could tell his girlfriend, Carrie, to buy them for him for Christmas. He’d never accept them if I bought them for him. It would hurt his pride too much, even if we are best friends. He needs a great pair of gloves if he expects to play well next season. I’m hoping he’ll get a scholarship.

Henry goes on, “I could find five cents in JJ’s ass –”

“Gross,” I reply, elbowing him, knocking him over to his side of the bed. “I’m exhausted. Let’s pass out,” I say with a yawn. 

He shuts the laptop, sets it on my bedside table, and moves to lie down next to me.

“We have to sleep head-to-toe. You know Mom’s orders, man,” I say.

We just want to remind everyone that SILENCE is embargoed and should not be available ANYWHERE until October 4th. 

 If you are lucky enough to stumble upon a copy accidentally placed out early.. The HUSH HUSH Graphic Novel will be coming out soon and the publisher, Sea Lion Books, has another really great contest going on now!!  Check it out!

Did you miss out on the signed graphic novel and 2011 books that bite purse?  Well don’t be sad for we are doing it AGAIN and this time it’s BIGGGGGGEEERRRRRR and BEEETTTTTTTEEERRRR.  In celebration of the upcoming release!  We thought a graphic novel this epic deserved something extra special!!!

SILENCE Cover Week

The cover reveal on Monday was not the end of the SILENCE Cover goodness!!  We are continuing the celebrate the cover all week long on FallenArchangel. 

Day 2 (Tuesday) took us behind the scenes of the SILENCE Cover Shoot with some pictures of Patch Cover Model, Drew Doyon, geting his wing scars painted on.

Day 3 (Wednesday) we continue with some more behind the scenes shots, but these are of Nora Model, Sam Ruggiero!

UK CRESCENDO Contest!

CRESCENDO was released in paperback in the UK on Thursday (it's really beautiful)!! To celebrate we have teamed up with Simon & Schuster UK for a great giveaway!!!

We have 10 (TEN!!) signed CRESCENDO hardcovers to give away INTERNATIONALLY and for a super cool prize (open to UK only) a CRESCENDO poster from the UK advertising campaign! You can see one of the posters in the picture below taken when Becca was in the UK touring.

Becca posted this new image/sketch of PATCH from the upcoming HUSH, HUSH Graphic Novel on her blog today!  There have been some great comments and in fact the publisher has posted a comment there as well.... 

Hello everyone. I am happy you are enjoying the new Patch image. All your comments have been really helpful and I feel the next Patch that Becca posts will put a smile on everyone’s face. Please keep the comments coming.

It's so great to know that they value the fans and the fan feedback!  They are reading the comments both there and here as well.   We are impressed at the great work the artist has done so far, he/she is very talented!  What are your thoughts??  Things you LOVE or things you think still need to be worked on??  Tell us in the comments!

After the SILENCE Cover Reveal... Come CHAT LIVE with Becca Fitzpatrick!

Oh, you guys!! We are really excited about this!  We'll be heading to New York City for BEA and some other cool events in May.    We would LOVE to get together with some HUSH HUSH fans!!

New York City,  Monday May 23 around 5 pm!  We are planning some great giveaways and we know that we all have lots of Patch & Nora & Marice & Rixon & Vee, etc, etc, etc stuff to talk about!! Forum Issue

So, it seems our forum has been SPAMMED.  Sadly it is really hard for us to know which of the recent registrations were real and which were Spam.  We are in the process of deleting some of the recent registrations that we believe may be Spam and removing their posts.  We could use your help with the following....

• If you have recently registered and your account has not been activated please let us know.
• If you have recently registered, your account was activated, but now has disappeared, please let us know.
• If you notice any odd posts in the forum, please let us know.
